These Terms & Conditions govern your use of 959t and all services available at 959t.net. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every section below. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 959t. We may update them at any time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use 959t after an update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version takes precedence.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To create an account at 959t you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list.
• You are accessing the site from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted for personal use.
• You are registering for yourself, not on behalf of another person.

One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any pending balance may be forfeited. Use your real name, phone number, and bKash or Nagad details when registering — these must match your KYC documents.

KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification. Accepted documents include a National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. The review takes up to 12 hours. We may request re-verification if account details change.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All amounts are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The key transaction limits are:

Supported payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method where technically possible. 959t does not charge processing fees, but your mobile banking provider may apply its own charges.

Your first withdrawal may take up to 6 hours while KYC is confirmed. Subsequent withdrawals process within the standard 13-minute window.

Withdrawals will be declined if the account balance has not met the wagering requirements attached to any active bonus. Funds originating from incomplete bonus plays remain in a "restricted" state until requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited.

4. Bonus & Promotions Policy

All bonuses offered by 959t are subject to the following general rules. Specific promotions may carry additional conditions stated on the promotion page.

Bonuses are credited to your account automatically after a qualifying deposit. If a bonus is not reflected within 10 minutes, contact live chat. Only one welcome bonus per household or IP address. 959t reserves the right to cancel bonuses if fraudulent activity or multi-accounting is detected.

Wagering Contribution by Game Type

Not all games contribute equally toward the 25× wagering requirement. Slots and fishing games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games contribute at a reduced rate. Check the promotion detail page for the exact contribution table for each active offer.

5. VIP Program Rules

The 959t VIP program has four tiers: Classic, Plus, Prime, and Elite. Your tier is determined by monthly betting turnover and is reviewed at the end of each calendar month. Downgrading occurs if turnover falls below the tier threshold for two consecutive months.

Birthday bonuses and personal account managers are available from Prime tier upward. VIP benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of your 959t account.

6. Games & Fair Play

959t hosts games from licensed providers including JILI, Ezugi, KA Gaming, Spribe, Habanero, Sexy Gaming, and Evolution. Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is published on the game detail page and confirmed by the respective provider's certification.

The following actions constitute fair-play violations and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Using bots, scripts, or any form of automated play.
• Collusion with other players in table games.
• Exploiting software errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing contradictory bets designed to clear bonus wagering without genuine risk ("bonus abuse").

In the event of a game malfunction, all bets and payouts related to that round are void. 959t is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions outside our control.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Account Suspension & Closure

959t may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if:

• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or identity theft.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years old.
• The account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).
• Chargebacks are initiated against deposits made to the account.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time through live chat. Any genuine, non-bonus balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.
